Cudworth Kickboxing Association (Cudworth)

We recommend that children no younger than 5 years old to start kickboxing.

Darren Parker-Oakley ( 5th Dan Black Belt ) and Kay Parker-Oakley ( 1st Dan Black Belt ) run Cudworth Kickboxing Association ( CKA ) and are registered with the Worldwide Kickboxing Association ( WKA ). Darren is the main instructor who teaches all aspects of kickboxing including self defence moves and trains the students towards grading for their belts and Kata's and we include general exercise to improve everybody's fitness level and flexibility. We also learn sparring for students that want to do this and train to compete in competitions which we go to regularly around the country.
