Our purpose is to promote, provide and inspire, accessible life-long learning opportunities for the Children’s Workforce. We recognise that supporting and improving the quality, skills and confidence of the workforce provides the critical foundation to enable the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families.
We will strive in everything we do to create an environment where individuals, teams and the workforce feel listened to and valued. We will encourage employees and employers to accept a set of attitudes and values that support professional learning within a collaborative culture to ensure improvement and capacity for change.
